Through a combination of energy medicine, tailored guidance and a range of embodiment and vocal performance practices, we unearth a different capacity for you to express yourself with more alignment, clarity and purpose. This includes within relationships, work and play, as well as creatively.

The voice is utilised as a portal into deep and undiscovered aspects of self, and also as a transmutation tool. The sounds emerging from the work change your experience of reality-- you recode reality through your own sound, since all is sound and your ancestors are in your voice.

Some practices we use include ReScripting (selves), rewriting memory, performance therapy, humming and intuitive vocal exploration, shadow work and parts work.
