It's not vulgar displays of vanity, or having more followers than anyone else. It's not about bravado or fake it till you make it --- though you can train a new identity to become you. Show Up and you Show Off, it is inevitable. Yet, there will be no more space to care what other people think, because it is not really about them, or us for that matter. It is about the work you came here to do, whatever it may be.
This is about authenticity and honesty. This is about remembering you don't have to pretend if you're in self-trust. It is about BEING there 4 u. Confidence becomes your bubble. Your gifts will express themselves as Presence. Conviction is the Key. All else is a universe of CREATION.
Show Up /// Show Off is a 5-week alchemical online container for creative, vibrant women who want to recapture the essence of themselves and their calling. The work takes place in group sessions and embodied practices which grow over the course of the container. There is also one private coaching call per participant.
The work is a combination of energetics, mindset and embodiment. Through the shared spaces we have, the practices we employ and the energy we generate, there is potential for a rapid acceleration towards your goals.
The methods employed come from my background in theatre, education, vocal work, movement, creative writing, shamanism, QHHT & BQH, Kundalini Reiki (Master), Biofield Healing and ancient eastern philosophies.
During the process of the container you will make space for yourself to direct your life anew with assistance from a selection of tools which I will share with you. It is my hope that through this journey you realign with your highest life path, surrendered yet empowered as the universe's current flows through you. The invitation extends towards full-time professionals, artists and creatives, mothers or hobbyists who want to take their craft up a notch.
